When draw on one chart does it carry over on the other time frame charts?

Yes, when drawing on a chart, the drawing tool remains on the chart for the symbol even when the timeframe changes. This allows you to create a trendline at a higher timeframe and then track prices at a lower timeframe to see when prices get close to the trendline.
